Tim Jones, PREC*, is a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Executives Realty in Vernon. He was raised in the Okanagan, has lived in Vernon for 49 years, and is in his 23rd year of selling real estate here: residential, commercial, farms and ranches, and development. He's built or renovated more than seven homes himself, which is handy knowledge in a neighbourhood full of character homes. He moved into East Hill in 2023.
Long-time locals may know Tim from Jonesapalooza, the big summer fundraiser he hosted for years at his home on Dixon Dam Road. The last one, in 2023, featured local band Feet First and raised just over $2,800 for The Emily Dahl Foundation.
